I ran 8 miles at 8:00 pace average on the treadmill. It was a little hard but not too bad. After the run, I have felt especially good. And for the first time in a week and a half, I ran in the morning, so that's good.

Good job with the miles. Less than two weeks until the half marathon. How are you feeling? I'm going to run another 10k this weekend, but I might run 12 miles before the race, just to get the miles in since that is really what I need right now is some longer runs. We were able to see Laurel quite a few times during Conference this year!

Good strong pace Steve. Looks like you're maintaining the weight, too.

Hi Dustin,

Thanks. I'm feeling really good as the race comes closer. I feel like I've done everything I planned to do in preparation for it so far. And a little more. So hopefully that will come through on race day. Yeah, they showed Laurel a lot this time!

Good luck on your race (and pre miles). Looks like you're back on track after your nice vacation.
