Here's the course I ran: http://www.mapmyrun.com/run/united-states/ut/sandy/369123756297486440

I ran through the foothills of Sandy. My legs felt heavy the entire way, it was windy, and it was hilly, so my pace was pretty slow. I felt like I was trudging along. At the end, I was shuffling along. But it was good to run that many miles outside and to see that I need to keep building my miles in preparation for the half marathon in 4 weeks (is that all?).

I would like to do this run at least once more before the race and hopefully run it stronger next time. My total time was about 2 hours. Oh yeah, my legs were really sore toward the end. Have to get my body used to the punishment.

39 miles for the week. I'm ready to break 40 next week!

Hey Steve! Thanks so much for the nice comment about my races being cheap! I was so happy to see that! You're such a nice guy! Good job with the 13 miles. So cool I have a supportive relative on here!!
