Did the normal treadmill hill workout. 2 miles warmup. 4 miles at 7 minute pace on level 6 hills. Then 1 mile cooldown. The hills weren't too bad. I felt a little sluggish. Not sure if it's due to my allergies or feeling under the weather. By the way, I have felt a little muscle soreness this week. It's strange because my mileage has been relatively low. Maybe it's part of the taper experience? |
