Legs felt fine today while walking around. Barely any soreness.
During the run I pushed the pace in the 2nd mile and ran it in 7:30. That was plenty hard for today.

I'm planning to do a Turkey Trot race on Thanksgiving. Not sure if I will do the 5K or 10K. But in general I think I will do a lot of short training runs but push the pace to try to work on my speed.
