Did a treadmill temp run. The treadmills here are capable of going up to 5:35 pace, so I worked up to that. It felt good to get the legs going. I also had two straight miles at 6:00 pace. I think I am getting stronger, but I think being at a lower elevation helped.

Holy crud!!! And to think that I just blogged how proud i was to hit a mile in the 7;s on a treadmill! I hate treadmill, I am so slow on them. I am very impressed with your speed and you awesome workout! NICE JOB!

Wow, thanks Kelli and Dave. Good job on your workouts, too. I think some people do better on treadmills than others. For me, it's something I like. But it is a little scary when you get going that fast. Especially since I was alone in the fitness center (in a hotel in San Francisco)

P.S. The 5:35 pace was only for a short time (maybe 0.5 miles at most).

That is .05 longer than I could have done it!
