I woke up feeling blah (but not sick, I think), so I decided today would be a super easy day. I feel like running super easy three days before a marathon will not hurt or help you much either way. So I ran an 8:00 mile and that was it. It was a nice cool evening. I hope it's nice like that on saturday morning. We'll see.

I also ran from the bus to the library and then back to the bus, but I won't log that mileage (very short anyway).

Sounds like lots of people are heading to St. George on Thursday. Good luck to everyone.

I'll post my pre-thoughts on the race tomorrow.

Good luck Saturday. Hopefully We'll get a chance to meet down there. Get that blah feeling out of your system and have a great race. You've had some great training lately and it looks like you're more than ready for that sub 3.

Thanks, Dave and Scott. I'll do my best. Dave, I hope we get a chance to run together. Your biking has kept you in shape, I'm sure.
