5 mile run on treadmill. Felt good so pushed the pace on some of the miles. Total time was 35 minutes.

Looks like your getting in some great training with a lot of good MP and faster miles. I doubt you'll have any trouble staying with the pace of the sub 3 group.

Thanks, Dave. I hope so. I feel like I can stay with the 3:00 group for the first 15-20 miles. So now I'm just trying to convince myself I can stay with them the full time and not crash. I think you can do it.
