5 minutes - 8:30 pace 5 minutes - 8:00 pace 5 minutes - 7:30 pace 10 minutes - 7:00 pace 5 minutes - 6:31 pace Pushed myself on this one. Hopefully not more than what I'm ready for. But it felt awesome, and my heart/breathing were not going too hard. Makes me excited for the next workout like this to see if I can push it a little harder.
