AM - Ran down to the Track workout with the club. Felt really strong. However, my hami has been a bit tight since last week and it acted up a bitso I had to shut the workout down early. Workout plan was 5-6x800m. Here's how it went down:

I felt really smooth and strong. I'm bugged I had to shut it down. But it was the right choice. Did some laps around to get some distance. Went and got massage by Adam B. this morning - it should be just fine.
Ran home. 14 miles total.
