I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

AM - Ran to the store. Nice and slow, really good morning as far as weather. Hips are still tight.  Excited about my new week.

PM - Ran home via River Rd. - solid pace. Coming through confluence park I saw Mr. Aaron Metler and ran the last two with him. Picked up the pace a bit with him. It's always good chatting with Mr. M.

I scheduled a Chiro Appt with Tyson's Dad tomorrow.  I'm hoping to get this SI joint issue taken care of. Cross the fingers!

AM - Track workout with the club this morning. Warm-up with 4x 1 mile repeat W/ alternating lap paces (5k & Marathon pace).  Marathon pace was about 5:50'ish & 5K pace was under 5:20.  Hit all 4 repeats between 5:30 - 5:35 pace. Ended the workout with 4 stairs. 6.5 miles total.

 PM - Went out 4.5 miles while Elijah was at gymnastics - feeling pretty tired from this morning's workout.

Didn't end up running today. I woke up still feeling jacked up, was planning on doing 10 in the PM and had an early chiro appt.  However, after my chiro appt. I felt really dizzy and was majorly nauseous so I ended up going home early from the store and slept for about 4 hours.  I think the adjustment released some crazy tension. Anyways, around 8pm I started feeling a bit more normal after spending most of the day in bed. It was really strange.

AM - Woke-up feeling much better this morning (thank goodness).  Ran from the house over to my Mother's house to mow her back yard, but after trying to start the mower for about 20 min I gave-up and ran to the store. Hips and SI joint are feeling better.  12 miles.

PM - 8 Miles home from the store via River Rd. Started off a bit slow.  I think I was a bit dehydrated and was finally able to get into a good rhythm going do River Rd and back up to the house.

AM - Ran the Ironman Run Course this morning with the club.  Ended up running mostly with Tom D. and Clyde.  Nice run, steady pace.  I sure wouldn't want to race that course after getting off the bike - it's not an easy one, that's for sure. 13miles.
