I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

AM - 8 miles on the treadmill.  Met a guy from Texas that ran the SG Ironman last year running on the TM next to me and chatted with him a bit. steady pace.

AM - 6 miles with the club. slow pace. ran most the way with scott h. and talked about his PR at dogtown half.

PM - 8 miles home from the store via river rd. had a long day today and ready for it to be over.

AM- Went out this morning and did the Bloomington loop, extended 1 mile out and back on the bike path. 5 miles.

PM - Ran home from the store.  Hips and SI joint still not 100%.  Nothing special,low 7 min pace ave. Just happy to be out and getting some miles in this week. - 9 miles

PM - Afternoon run to the store.  Worked at home this morning and endedup running to the store. Hips and back were really locked-up. Ended up stopping a couple times to stretch and walk a bit. Went and got a massage this eve from Adam.
