I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT. We also head-up the St. George Running Club.
AM - No track work today! It was nice to sleep in for another hour. I think I'm going to miss it going however. Just went out and did 10 came home talked to the kids and went out for another mile. 11 miles
PM - Went out and did 2 miles out and back with Isaac and Isabel.
