AM - Club run.  I decided I wanted to get in another small tempo run.  I'm still trying to be cautious with my hami and didn't want to push anything too far or crazy. Decided to do 1 mile at 6 min then go right into pushing tempo pace. Here's how it went:

5:56, 5:26, 5:29, 5:34

Pretty happy with how the legs felt.  My stomach started acting up a bit and I think it effected my last mile.  I was cramping pretty good in the stomach. I ate quite a bit yesterday (mexican) and I think I was paying the price.  The pain didn't go away until I came home, took a simethicone and had a piece of toast.  I was then able to go back out and get the rest of my miles in.

13 total miles.
