I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

Met up with Clyde this morning @ 5am. Didn't run, We both just decided to leave and run later because no one else showed. We're hard hard core. Actually, I can't take any credit for slacking - it was mostly Clyde's Idea and I just went along ;-)

 Went back home and got back up at 8am and went out for 14 on my own. Nice steady pace - Hit 4 miles between 6:13 - 6:25.
