Easy 14 - Felt a little slow from last week. Just took it easy. Started the run a little late - it was 91 degrees when I finished. HOT HOT!

There's nothing easy about 14! Good job Steve. Are the new running singlets in yet? I am ready to start wearing a new shirt on race day!

Great run in the heat. Hope all is well with the store down in St. George.

Get your butt out of bed! But 91 means you could have been started and done with the 14 by 6:30 lately!
