AM - Run to the store this morning. Back and hips still acting up. Just took it easy. 9 miles

PM - Ran home via River Rd. I saw Kendra with about a mile to go driving Isaac to school and jumped into the car.  I don't know if I was going fast enough to even call it a run. Planning on spending more time tonight stretching and using the massage ball. 7 miles.

Steve, I was recently diagnosed with TMB. I am trying real hard to beat it but time is against me. You might have the thing. You better check your birth certificate. (Too Many Birthdays):)

Steve, great to see you at the SGHM. You look great. Hope the injury doesnt keep you down long. Those are good miles this week so far. Look forward to seeing you at the starting line and finish line more often. You are still smiling...enough said.
