4 miles easy this morning. I little tight.

Speed this evening with Mr. Ence. We ran at the PV Track while the Football team was practicing and showed off Dustins Budha Belly and my Shorty-Shorts. Good Times.

We ended up doing 3 repeats. I was pretty happy with the workout, it's always good to get and and make the lungs burn.

Your entry sounds like a Haiku!

Hey, what was the name of that other type of Brooks shorts you had with pockets?

Good luck with the miles tonight. It's going to be hard, hot and painful. Wish I could make it.

Shad, Haiku or just a retard!

Jon, The Element Short.

Superfly, I probably should have just run with you guys this morning.

Good job on the miles... looks like you got a little antsy on the first one but other than that ran pretty good. Well and you didn't do the 4th one but still ran pretty good:)

Good job Steve. Sorry I wasn't feeling better and wasn't able to really help you out with the workout. We'll have to try it again sometime. As much as I don't like running track workouts at night in the heat, that is usually what works best with my schedule. Dude the Buddha was down to 147 last night.
