With two marathons behind me, my next goal is to run one in under 4 hours and potentially qualify for Boston within 2 years.

By my estimates, I ran 4 miles at an 8:31 pace.  It was pretty cool at 38 degrees.  I should have worn long sleeves and gloves.

7.35 miles in about 62 minutes based on the clock and the gmap-pedometer.  That calculates to 8:26/mile which isn't too bad.  At 52 degrees, it was perfect weather this morning.

Unfortunately, I twisted my knee playing ultimate frisbee last night.  My body does not handle quick changes of direction very well.  That's why I run in big circles.  Knee didn't bother me on the run this morning, but when I suddenly stopped, I got a sharp pain.
