We have a new paved running trail that I tried this morning.  It is very nice and wide with markers every quarter of a mile, but part of it isn't yet finished.  Ran into a strong wind going up and then the wind seemed to die down coming back.  Wasn't trying to push it too hard today.  Overall, I ran 6.12 miles in 58:13 for an average pace of 9:31/mile.

Today I went the other direction along the Murdock canal trail and was impressed again.  I saw one water stop, but more would be nicer.  The trail goes along the base of the Mount Timpanogos foothills, but overall, it seems pretty flat.  It took 1:46:14 to run 12.11 miles or 8:46/mile.  Temperature ranged from 65 to 72 degrees, which was very tolerable.
