My kickboxing class about killed me yesterday! I still am in pain after the endless squats, lunges, pushups, situps, kicks, and punches! I have been doing this class twice a week for over a month now and it is still kicking my butt! I rode the bike for 20 to try to loosen my incredibly sore legs. I got on the treadmill and ran a mile warm up and 5 in 41 again, then walked until I had to drive my little guy to preschool. My legs are so sore and are killing me! I am thinking that cross training is not such a great idea! Good thing is that I bought The Help yesterday and waited for my dreadmill workout to watch it. I am finishing the rest of it on my bed with my sore legs elevated! What will help get rid of SORE legs??? |
