I'm just getting back into running shape and my workouts have been pretty hit and miss the past month.  My pace was around 7:00 today for the 3.4.  It felt pretty good, but I've definitely got some work to do.

Welcome to the blog! I have to admit, I'm trying to figure out who are. My memory only goes back for 10 years.

I was a senior at Western Boone when you were a junior at Southmont. The last race we ran together was probably the 1997 Strawberry Road race. You won and beat me by about 15-20 seconds.

I remember. So you were Webo's #2 guy behind Keith Lively?

From Daniel Allen on Wed, Oct 24, 2007 at 11:30:41

More or less. Chris Grimes and Jon Stookey were in the mix there as well so I was anywhere from #2-#4.

I ran at Southern Utah for a short-lived track season, but that was before they were in the Mid-Con.

Welcome to the blog.
