2 miles with Bethany and Marci on the Planet Walk.  Thanks for slowing down a little for me you two.  Anyway, I felt really good during my run and was glad to have the company.  It was a little slick in places, but the trees down there really shield you from the cold.  The puppy was a little sad that I didn't take him for a long run today, since I promised him that I would, but I went home after we ran and took the dog for another mile of stop-and-go running (I'm sure some dogs are good for running, but mine, not so much) and he was satisfied with that.

Tons of errands to run today, most of them for Paul because he can't do them himself, being sick and all.  Luckily my boring errands were interrupted by cocoa with Bethany.  I'm not that comfortable around women in general, but Bethany and Marci make me feel really comfortable being myself, so I was glad to have the girl time today.  Thanks again, guys.

That's sweet! Sounds like you guys have quite a little running widows support group going on there. Congrats on a great day of running, Stacy.

I need to brag on my wife a little. Hopefully she does not mind...

Did anyone else notice how consistent Stacy was this week? (Mon-Sat, running every day). Also a 50% weekly mileage PR. Awesome job! Yes, you'll be a little tired, but I think you're already starting to see those huge gains related only to consistency. I'm proud of you.

Im so glad Stacy has someone to brag for her, she is so modest and sweet. Way to go Stacy!!! We should make our saturdays a permanent thing. It would give me something to look forward to on saturdays- get me through all those weeknight runs.

Hey you guys need to bug Allison about be consistent too. Good job this week, you almost beat me on the miles. When are we going to see a picture of you on your blog?

Paul- It is alright to brag about your wife, I do it all of the time, and they do like it. That is one reason why you marry up a level, so you can brag. A lot of us married up, so we should probably brag about it a little more!

Way to stay with it Stacy, it'll be March before you know it and you'll be ready for a little race. I'm glad to see you have some training partners to encourage each other.

James: get Allison on the blog where we can bug her!!! (or did I miss her joining?!)

Stacy: I found much better cocoa that we will have to go sample another time!
