30 minutes on the elliptical.  I tried to run to the gym, but I ended up walking instead.  It wasn't really that I didn't have the energy (although I was pretty tired) or that my knees were hurting.  It was just that I didn't have the willpower to make myself run there.  Maybe tomorrow.

I did an experiment today to see what kind of workout I could get if I kept my heart rate under 140.  Well, if sweatiness is a good indicator of how good your workout is, mine was pretty good.  I definitely could have gone faster, but I felt pretty good at that heart rate/pace, so I'll say the experiment was a success.

Hey you changed your goals and blog nickname and everything. I like it! Reminds me of that video of Ryan Hall on Paul's Blog several days ago. Did you see that? The next run I did after I saw that I tried to think about God and his love, and whatever else I could think of that came close to "glorifying God". It was great! Got chills, and seriously, kept speeding up without more effort.

Yeah, that's basically the idea. I like to talk a lot about how everything I do is for God, but now I'm just making that statement more true. You know, just putting forth more effort in that area. If my relationship with God really is the most important thing in my life, then why shouldn't it come through in my running?

Nice, I like experiments. Glad it was successful. How are you enjoying the elliptical? How far is the gym from your house? Have you worked out a good workout time with work etc? (that could be a tongue twister!) Lots of questions!
