Went to the gym at lunch time. I started on the treadmill and was feeling pretty good. Not spectacular, but I was feeling okay. However, about 5 minutes into it my ankles started hurting, so I took a short walk break to see if that would help. It did help, until I started running again. I ended up doing only about 9:00 on the treadmill and then gave up because my ankles were really starting to bother me and I didn't want to make it worse. I hopped on the elliptical, but only had enough in me for 15 minutes. So...tired.... |
