30ish minutes of yoga today.  I modified my old Ashtanga Yoga routine and it went a lot better than the 30 minutes I did last Thursday.  Honestly, if my yoga is too serene I get bored.  That's why I like Ashtanga.  Lots of movement.  Also, I know a woman who is totally ripped just from trail running and Ashtanga Yoga, so I figure it's worth a try.

I was going to go check out the new thrift store that is two blocks from my house after work, but I forgot that it was going to blizzard today.  Oh well, maybe it won't be snowing tomorrow after work.  There's always hope.

I love Ashtanga as well. It gets me good and tired after 30 minutes. Great job getting it in! I think I might go do some time too.

Question I really don't know a lot about Yoga but I've been interested in trying it.

Does it really help your flexibility in running? What are the benefits?

That is so cool that you do yoga, Stace! Ashtanaga...isn't that one of the ones that is supposed to be done at really hot temperatures? You probably should go to the Bahamas so you can really get your workout in. You can tell Paul I said so.
