30ish minutes of yoga today. I modified my old Ashtanga Yoga routine and it went a lot better than the 30 minutes I did last Thursday. Honestly, if my yoga is too serene I get bored. That's why I like Ashtanga. Lots of movement. Also, I know a woman who is totally ripped just from trail running and Ashtanga Yoga, so I figure it's worth a try. I was going to go check out the new thrift store that is two blocks from my house after work, but I forgot that it was going to blizzard today. Oh well, maybe it won't be snowing tomorrow after work. There's always hope. |
