Personal:

I currently run for Wofford College in South Carolina, where I double major in biology and Spanish. I will be spending 5 months studying abroad in Chile in 2017. I love cookie dough a little too much and spend most of my free time outside or asleep (or both). Living & running to know Christ and to make Him known!

First day back with the whole team! 4 miles easy, then a hard weights & core session.

1 mile warm up, 35 minute progression run (4.65 miles) fairly easy between like 8:30 and 7 flat or maybe high 6's, averaging out to 7:45/mile, and then a mile cool down. It was about 30 degrees out but once we got our warm up in, I felt fantastic actually!

5.5 miles + 6x20sec strides at Milliken Park. Felt kind of uncomfortable the whole time, I am pretty sore from weights this week.

Sigma Nu fall house weekend! It was pretty hard to motivate myself to get up and run but somehow it worked out. Ran 6 miles of mostly dirt trail, up down up down up down. Freezing but beautiful out.
