AM- 1.5 warm up & cool down. 3 x 4x400 at 90-92 with 60 sec rest and 3min between sets. I hit 90 for 8 of the 12, 92 for 2 of them, and 88 for the first and last ones. Felt like it should have been a little easier than it was, but I'm still happy with those splits.
PM- 4 mile shakeout. Something in the arch of my right foot is bothering me...hopefully a good night's sleep will shake that off.
