Easy miles on the BST. The reason for the low mileage this week: I need to start running every day again, but I don't want to go up to much in mileage in a week. Doing less than 5 most days this week, will go up like 3-6 miles a week after this week, until I get to 45 or 50 then will stop. I should be able to start running with the team again next week! Mo Farah ran 20 miles on the treadmill today! That would get super boring. 5 miles is a stretch for me, I get way too bored on those things.
