8x400 with 1.3 warmup and cooldown. Felt very sluggish, probably because the last workout I did was the tuesday before the Nebo invite. Times were within 2 seconds of 80 on all of them. I don't have much of a problem pushing myself hard on distance runs by myself, but with workouts, especially intervals it's super hard to fast with no one to run with. The sprinters had practice today, to start to get ready for indoor. I heard them making fun of the distance guys because they didn't have practice today. I went up to them and raced the smack talker in a 400. My times were around 80 on all of them but this one, which was my 6th. I got 63, and he got 70. Sprinters are wimps compared to us. Sprinting is a talent, distace running depends on how hard you work.
