Can't go to the XC banquet because I haft to film a stupid volleyball game for sports broadcasting. I'll probably get the slacker award, or the always injured award. 10 miles on the bike today with a good ab workout. I've lost 12 pounds since I've gotten injured. Which is weird. Maybe I'm doing what wrestlers do, lose fat then gain muscle. Just kidding. That would be pretty rad if i did that though. I would be super toned. Life is good. The NBA season starts today. Go Thunder! 1 week till I'm running again!
