15 minute warmup, 5,4,3,2,1. 5 min fast, 5 slow, 4 fast, 4 sow, etc. I did really well on 4 &5 pretty good on 2 and 1. on 3 i was in no man's land. Craik, the back of the A group was 20 yards ahead, and the c group was 100 yards behing. 20 minute cooldown, went to icebath but the river was dry.
