I was worried about my knee today, but it didn't hurt at all! Ran with Josh Ericksen today. Went on the BST. My calves have been "sore", for the past couple of weeks, and i'm starting to wonder if it something else. When I got home, i had my favorite recovery drink in the world:kale,cranberry,apples and cucumbers all juiced up. Everything straight from our garden except for the cranberries.
