2.5 milw warmup at a 7:09 pace. A little fast, i think i would have done a little better if he did it shorter. 4x600 meter hill repeats. Didn't do the third because of my knee, did 4th and fifth. Okayish times, for me at least. Hot outside, but not crazy. ice bath afterwrds. Got my first Lone Peak shirt today.
