I race 1500 meters but think i will also race 400 meters and 800 meters to help me run faster. I also like to run 5Ks.

Very nice job on your two medium miles sweet girl. It is good to run a easy run after a hard race. You did SO SO SO good at your 5K!! I hope you realize just how amazing you are, not only in running but in everything you do. I especially loved how cute you were with your little sister last night. You could tell that she felt very special hanging out with her big sister!

Sophia and her Momma are NOT fair-weather Ute fans!!! We are red through and through!!!!
BUT ... we have made room in our hearts for a few Cougar fans!!! :) :) :)

Hmmm, Oliver sounds like Larry. He cheered for the Utes last year when the rivalry game was played at Rice Eccles (Steven and I were the only Y fans in the U Box, eek!). This year he cheered for the Cougs. I always cheer for the Utes WHEN they're NOT playing BYU! :)

Hey Sophia!!! I was running with my grand daughter, Jade, when I visited her in Texas last Sat. She is 7 years old. I kept thinking about you when we ran. She also gets sticks for running at school. I thought that's sooo cool you LOVE to run!
