Low to mid 50sF, cloudy, showers in miles 12-14. Endurance run w/ 7 x (1 mi hard, 1 mi easy), on the hills of Snoqualmie Ridge. I'm calling this workout "push/pulls," just push the pace to marathon effort for a mile then pull back and take it easy for a mile. Very enjoyable, though my legs didn't feel very good the second half. I figure they are still working on their recovery a little. My sister is visiting this weekend and lots going on -- gotta scoot! |
