48F, overcast, calm and dry. 2 mi easy, 2 MP (=/- for hills), .5 c.d. Core & pushups. Perfect conditions for running. :) I heard an interesting comment about crunches the other day. This guy was saying why do we consider crunches to be the centerpiece of our core-strengthening routine? We hunch over all day and then we go strengthen the "hunching" muscle. I don't know if he's right, but I did add more back work today.
