Today, I ran the route that Paula and I walk. Its a loop out in Laverkin. I walked the first 1/2 block, just to warm up my knee a bit then started running. Again, it was uncomfy for another block or something, but then I didnt feel it again the rest run. I have been talking to a few people about it and trying to come up with things I could try to get it all the way better. My boss said yesterday to try running in a non posted shoe to see if I have to much stability with both my orthotics and my posted shoes. To me, that could make sense, but then again, I know nothing. Anyway, I think I will give it a try. Might as well. I just realized today that I have barely over a month to be ready for the Hurricane 1/2. Gotta get a move on training or I will really be hurt.
