Good run today. According to my schedule it was a walking day, but I want to do a long run on wed so I ran today. Feeling really good and kept a decent steady pace up the hills.
It was 50 when I left so I was quite warm by the time I got home.
Nope. I thought I may have some, but didn't notice anything. Yeah!!!
I am thinking I have been taking it to slow for to long and it is time to step it up. But, still paranoid about injury. Any suggestions??
