I'm doing no shirt + gloves right now in he mornings. It's a good compromise for the in-between season.

Great article, I never thought about a mesh shirt for the transition. Or maybe even to work!

I am going to check that, I always wear shirts. NICE work this week Joe!

I have to apologize to everyone I see if I'm not wearing a shirt.

Did you go shirtless on the treadmill?

From SlowJoe on Fri, Sep 25, 2015 at 13:07:05 from 107.77.100.27

Dale, my TM runs are at the gym at work - I have yet to see anyone shirtless at the gym, and I don't plan to blaze that trail, but for some reason that feels normal. Shirt + OUTSIDE running = weird. I can't explain it...

From Jake K on Fri, Sep 25, 2015 at 15:40:20 from 159.212.71.25

You can't blaze that trail. It's a slippery slope.

That's why I can't workout in a gym - the idea of doing my pushups and pullups with a shirt ON seems crazy.
