40 degrees and windy (NNW 22-27 mph).  Tried to stay on crosswind roads, mostly.  Felt pretty good today, 7:49 AP.  20-miler tomorrow!

Yeah I ran this morning but only 3. It was 52 degrees, raining and the wind was 30 mph. I think tomorrow should be nice weather for your 20 and my Half. What's your pace for the 20 tomorrow?

From SlowJoe on Sat, Mar 05, 2011 at 11:57:59 from 184.79.24.255

Yeah looks nice tomorrow, good luck at the race!

I'll probably do the first 10 at whatever feels easy (usually 8:00-8:30), then try to keep the last 10 around goal marathon pace (7:38).

From Rye on Sat, Mar 05, 2011 at 13:25:01 from 75.167.148.155

Good luck with the 20 miler! Have fun! That's what it is all about. Nasty wind today for you. Hate that..... Love your goals for the next year or two. Good luck with the training.

From Kelli on Sun, Mar 06, 2011 at 01:41:55 from 71.219.97.85

WHY are you so fast? Seriously, you impress me Mister.

Hope the 20 miler goes well.

Hey Kelli, haven't you heard of his new nickname..."Torbo Joe"...?

From Kelli on Sun, Mar 06, 2011 at 10:15:51 from 71.219.97.85

TURBO or TORBO? Turbo sounds about right. if it is TORBO, I will have to look that word up!

From Tracy on Sun, Mar 06, 2011 at 10:53:13 from 173.23.75.96

I had a dream that I ran into you while running, and you snubbed me. I'm probably feeling guilty because I ignored everyone's blogs this week :)

From seeaprilrun on Sun, Mar 06, 2011 at 11:03:00 from 72.205.227.203

Awaiting your long run report...and btw that is a killer pace in that wind..I do believe we are subject to the same weather patterns in our locations! It's good to know that when I am running in the ridiculous wind you are too LOl!

From SlowJoe on Sun, Mar 06, 2011 at 11:37:25 from 184.79.24.255

Kelli - just want to be like you someday.

Tracy - that is funny, I'm gonna totally snub you from now on.

April - yeah I've noticed we have bad wind days at the same time. I made a nice, long, self-indulgent long-run report for ya!

From SlowJoe on Sun, Mar 06, 2011 at 11:54:55 from 184.79.24.255

Rye - thanks!

From Burt on Sun, Mar 06, 2011 at 11:59:05 from 72.223.90.79

I snubbed everyone this whole week. Sorry Joe. But good luck tomorrow, which is actually today.

From Kelli on Sun, Mar 06, 2011 at 15:03:05 from 71.219.97.85

You have surpasses me. I reserve that pace for races only!

From Burt on Sun, Mar 06, 2011 at 15:04:06 from 72.223.90.79

noun/verb agreement.

From Kelli on Sun, Mar 06, 2011 at 18:03:51 from 71.219.97.85

Actually, it was a typo.
