glad the infection is getting better.

you will be a much stronger runner when you endure a hard summer! Fall will feel SOOOOO good, you will be flying. Take it easy, it is much better to run by feel when you are running in heat and humidity, and not rely too much on pace.

Hope your new job is going well!

San Antonio is very sticky indeed. So glad your family is safe!

Looks like your regular runs could double as swim training for a tri. I have the feeling I am in for some humidity this summer. Skated by last summer with humidity below 30% in the afternoons last summer. Very weird. Good to hear things are going well.

What's all this humidity malarkey, eh? I don't know, you guys are always gurning about the wind and rain and snow and sun and now the even the blinkin' humidity's getting a bashing.

IJR - thanks, looks like i'm probably headed up to OK for the weekend. we will have to try to hook up for one soon.

Bonnie - thanks - so far so good on the new job

April - ...winter is going to be great though!

Jason - good luck...don't think i'll be venturing out too much in the afternoons here.

Bam - if I didn't say something about the weather, there would be nothing to say at all - then I might as well just quit the blog. Sure everyone else would be happy, but...

Sticky? That's nasty!

Wow. You've had a lot of humid days lately. Nice job "stick"ing with it.
