59F.  Easy run, but with 8 x 8 sec hill sprints after the first couple miles.  Did some drills prior to the sprints.  They dropped a bunch of rocks/pebbles/gravel on my good hill, but there is another one close by that worked great.  I'll have to find a good one in San Antonio next week...

Wow...next week you'll be in SA? How about if I call you and we meet up for dinner one evening when you get settled?

There's a good hill outside the base - just watch out for the snakes:)

Careful, Joe will end up getting drunk and you'll both end up in a brawl:)

I'll be in trouble then because I know he can outrun me!

I used to hate when that happened back when I always ran dirt roads!!

IJR - definitely - I'll be in town starting this Sunday evening.

Bam - Ah, the drunken brawl...memories..

April - the weird thing is that it was an asphault paved road...not sure what they are doing, but I guess I'll be in concrete world soon anyway.

D-Day isn't far off! Nice workout. I like the hill sprints. They usually get my legs hurting pretty good the next day.
