40F.  No watch (it's packed up already!).  5 miles with a few strides.  This is my 86th running day in a row.  I only mention it because tomorrow is my first day off since mid-January.

A lot of forecasts have gon to a bit of a quartering headwind, but with even cooler temps.  Might finish the race in the low 50s, which would be great.  The winds are still pretty light, so hopefully won't make much of a difference.

We're off to Providence, RI this morning (my aunt is hosting the 4 of us until Wednesday).

Bib = 3325 for anyone interested.

Tick-tock-tick-tock - I'll be stalking you (via your bib no.) as you pound the streets of Boston.

Thanks Joe, It's been fun watching your training progress to such a high level! I'm excited for you. Go out and run smart and have fun. After the race you might need to call me with more specific details than just a race report. :-)

Best of luck Joe!! Great training cycle for you, hope it pays off big time at Boston. My advice - start slower, fuel early, and enjoy it.
