26F.  Weeeell, I came down with a little illness which is why my last few runs felt so terrible.  I woke up on this morning feeling crappy and weighing a few pounds lighter.  So, naturally, I still went to the track to try a 16 x 400.  Wow.  I won't bore you with the details but I did not make it far before I resigned myself to sadly jogging many right-hand circles in lane 8.  Decided right then to sleep in on Thursday and take the day off.  Not a great start to Boston training, but what can ya do...

You're funny. I give you my respect for the attempt.

Hope you are feeling better!

I've been feeling blah too--always a dilemma when the options are: don't try the workout, try and have a workout flop, or modify and still have a crappy workout! Get over the crud soon!

Just go back a week and call the HM PR the start to Boston training. From that perspective, its all looking great!

I feel your pain! I've had the flu, the bad chest cold and now the stomach bug (throwing up and all)!

16 x 400 when feeling funky...could have ended poorly. good call on modifying the plan to the good old lane8jog. hope you are feeling better.
