Too cold in the morning, but I went out at lunch and ran on the county roads behind the base in Tye.  Perfect.  Mid-30s, and very little wind with clear skies.  Would love to repeat this running weather 365 days a year.  I liked the new route a lot too, the country roads were mostly paved and had no traffic.  I ended up with a natural progression in pace for the run, averaging 7:41 overall.

Then I had Burger King for the 3rd time this week.  Probably a trend I should try to curb in the future...

Nah, just run double and go to Smashburger.

Burger King(gag). Nice miles, nice pace, you have survived and recovered from number one unscathed. Oklahoma is looking good!

Personally I like Whataburger...!

Flat - haven't been to smashburger, maybe next time I'm in Htown.

Looking forward to ramping it up again April.

IJR - Whataburger is my favorite too. Unfortunately it's a 10-15 minute drive and BK is a 90-second drive.

Hey SloeJoe,

You should just run over to Whataburger...get you run in and have a better burger!

Good idea, although I'd have to walk back to work after putting away a #2.

I'd go for the #5 and call a taxi!
