I got the last pair of 1140s in my size on the internet (that are also under $50) in the mail, along with the next year's version (still outdated, and also less than $50). Pretty happy about that.

Temp was about 26F, but very little wind again. Did my 8-mile loop, AP 7:47. I'm thinking about doing some HM goal pace tempo work tomorrow in my 12-miler.

I love a good bargain! Good pace. I don't know when you updated your short-term goals, but they look good! But your goal time for the 10K is not ambitious enough :)

Isn't it supposed to be pretty warm down there? It's like we've switched weather with you. Up here in Ogden, it was 51 degrees. It was so nice being outside today.

Dale - yep, we're gonna be in the 70s this afternoon...pretty soon I'll be complaining about heat instead. Always something to complain about.
