Another really nice day for running: 40F, and a little breezy.  I gradually picked up the pace a little on the way back home with the nice tailwind thanks to the north wind.  7:45 avg.

My R&R is now over and I go back to work tomorrow, back to the real world.  I think I'm going to set Monday as my day off, running-wise.

Everyone needs a day off....or a week or a month. Monday sounds as good as any.

Glad to see you are back at it and doing well!

Nice pic.

One week and recovery is complete and without injury! Nice! So...ya doing the full or the half in Oklahoma?

From SlowJoe on Sun, Feb 06, 2011 at 22:29:28 from 184.79.24.255

Thanks Kelli - I bet it will only be a week for you.

Ya know April, I think I'll end up doing the full. Danielle's hometown has a HM on March 19, so I'm hoping I can pick up an easy PR, and hopefully be ready for a 3:20 at OKC. If you haven't found a HM before Eisenhower, you should come do it at OKC; it's not until May 1. Hopefully it's not too warm or windy.

It already has been a week....and it is not looking good! But, oh well. Nothing can be done.

Planning the next marathon already, huh??? You guys are animals.
