5 easy, 3 GMP.  I felt great today, back to normal.  7:51 AP for the run, last 3 were 7:32, 7:33, 7:24 (faster than I will go on Sunday, but felt nice).  I even noticed once in my warmup, abaout a third of the way through the mile, that I was already at MP...good sign.  Whew, glad the race wasn't last week.

I feel pretty injury-free as well, just the standard tightness in my left hip flexor/groin that I've had most of the year - doesn't ever seem to affect anything.  The tendonitis took a couple months to go away, but it mostly has.  Both my tendon injuries in training for this marathon have actually been cured by not listening to my body and chowing down pills instead, while running through the uncomfortableness.  Not many people advocate that method.

Here are a couple homecoming pictures I've been meaning to post.

Those are great pictures, thanks for posting them. I think more than a few of us handle injuries the same way.

Looking forward to it April.

Thanks Mike, good to be back.

Thanks Rye.

DG - about as ready as I can get, I think.

Flat - they need a website where people post all the secrets about running you don't find in runner's world

Burt - I think my girls were at least at a 6:00 pace in the first one.
