low mileage week last week, need to ramp it up this week! aerobics class this afternoon = 3 miles crosstraining and a happy girl :)

I did it! Long run by myself.  Don't have too many running routes in Winston Salem yet so I picked a 4.5 trail and did it (almost) 2x.  This is a great trail because aside from being really pretty (runs a long a creek with lots of trees, horse enclosures, etc)- it is also paved wide and flat AND there's always runners & bikers out there so I don't have to be creeped out about running alone.  The Outer Banks Half is quickly approaching (less than a month)! Its crunch time! 8:53 av. pace.

Aerobics class today.  I was late and had to stand up front- hate that! I was so self conscious that I didn't work as hard as I should've.  Gotta get there early for my comfy back row spot from now on! :)

Awesome run around Lewisville with Stacie & Kim. It was such a beautiful fall morning! Can't believe the leaves are turning already. Its SOOO helpful to run with friends- my body wanted to stop at 8 miles, but thanks to chit chat I was able to get in a couple more miles.
