Ran the Salem Lake 10K with Jaime, Kim & Casey.  My time was just about 15 seconds slower than last year's time.  Not too shabby considering I've been doing more Jazzercise than running lately.  However, I was sore afterwards.  I know I probably went out too fast for the shape I'm in and I was wearing worn out shoes.  Not to mention I had biked 35 miles the weekend before and I never bike, LOL.  The girls & I are meeting 3x a week to run, we are stepping it up.  Considering running Mistletoe Half in 6 weeks, we'll see how we feel after a couple weekend long runs.
